Utility radio stations could be found in abundance during the 1970's and 1980's outside of the regular SWBC bands. These included radiotelephone, ship to shore and weather stations just to name a few. While they typically did not broadcast to the general public, many of them would still verify a listener's reception report, and often had their own QSL cards for this purpose. Here is a gallery of some of the cards that these stations used to send out.
